-
Payments are accepted by card, bank transfers or cash.
A 50% deposit is payable at the time of signing the consent forms.

Yes, we accept last minute booking, subject to availability of boarding spaces. However, you must be able to provide proof of up to date vaccination for bunnies.

We will always reserve one spot for emergency boarding which will not reflect on the booking calendar. Please contact us first! However, if we are in capacity we will not accept any more booking to ensure all fluffy clients have enough space, stress free during their stay.

Regardless of the time of drop of and pick up, your pets will receive fresh hay, veggies, pellets including the first and last day of its stay. Their area also get clean daily. Once your pet check-out, we clean their whole area again with soapy scrub and f10/or bleach. And we do not book another client into the same area on the same day, in order to allow ample time for thorough cleaning, disinfection and complete drying of the accommodation between use.
-
Our rates are not negotiable, fees are based on the length of stay and individual needs. Our goal is to provide the best experience for bunnies and guinea pigs, also a peace of mind for clients. You do not need to worry while they are here with us and can purely enjoy your holiday. To lower our rate is not possible if we are to remain a viable business.
-
Unfortunately, if both of your rabbits are not bonded then they will need to make a booking separately and pay the single bunny rate. We do not offer discount for same family if they are not bonded as they will be in 2 separate area and receive separate enrichments, diet, etc.
-
We are trying our best to be flexible where possible as we understand plan can changed due to flight delayed. Please discuss the drop-op and pick up time if you think you need to book outside of the working hours.

(our working hours are 7am to 7pm weekdays, 7am to 11pm Saturday, Saturday afternoon, Sunday and public holiday: please arrange at the time of booking)

As an ICU Vet Nurse if your bunny or piggy shows any signs of being unwell, I will also start the initial triage at home while contacting you and informing the clinic. Depending on the urgency of the condition:
• If it is a life-threatening condition: We will immediately take your pet to one of the veterinary clinics we work with. We will begin initial treatment and stabilise your pet while waiting for your consent.
• If it is a non-urgent condition: We will inform you of the symptoms and discuss the next steps to ensure your pet receives appropriate care.
Our priority is the health and well-being of your pet, and we will ensure prompt and effective action in any situation.
